DRIFTWOODXI

The DriftwoodXI launcher

Multi-account auto-login, addon loadouts you can toggle without editing scripts, per-account graphics settings, live server status and automatic updates — the whole server in one window.

Everything it takes to play DriftwoodXI lives in one window: your accounts, your addons, your graphics settings and the Play button.

What it does

  • Multi-account login. Accounts are stored locally and their passwords are encrypted with Windows DPAPI — they never leave the launcher's privileged process, and never appear in the interface.
  • Multi-boxing. Launch several accounts at once; each client gets its own boot configuration and the launcher tracks them independently.
  • Addon loadouts. Every addon and plugin in your Ashita install is listed with its author and version. Toggling one rewrites a launcher-owned boot script — your own default.txt is read once and never written to.
  • Install from GitHub. Paste a repository URL, confirm what will be written, and the addon lands in your Ashita folder with its source recorded so updates can be checked later.
  • Game settings without the config tool. Resolution, screen mode and the rest are set here as your defaults, with per-account overrides when one client wants a different window from the others.
  • A first-run wizard that finds your install, verifies your game files and gets you to Play without any of it being homework.
  • It updates itself. New versions are found, downloaded and installed from inside the launcher.
  • Server status and news on this page, refreshed automatically. The primary button reads the server: Play when it is up, and tells you plainly when it is not.
  • A Credits page that gives the projects underneath this one their due.

If something here misbehaves, say so — the launcher gets fixed on the same short line to the people running the server that everything else does.
