DWNemesis

Two hundred and forty famous notorious monsters at +100 (capped at 160) in a private arena — your own chest, their real drops, one to four random augments, and trophies toward each one’s item level 119 +1.

DWNemesis is the hunt board, opened with /nemesis: two hundred and forty famous notorious monsters — Leaping Lizzy to Kirin — each fought alone or with your party in a private arena at its wild level +100 (capped at 160), spawned from its home-zone row so it looks, fights and drops like the original. The window lists them by tier — Field, Dungeon, Legend — with the fee per player (5,000 gil and one Job Testimony, 10,000 and two different, 30,000 and three different), your kills, best time, drops and Mercy meter on every row, a marker on each monster whose four-augment drop nobody on the server has claimed yet, and an Enter button per row; the server picks the emptiest of three venues, nine arenas in all. On the kill a chest stands up and every real player opens it once for their own roll of the monster’s full drop table at TH-0 rates — the server’s drop multiplier still applies, Treasure Hunter never does, so no job is mandatory. Every piece of gear that drops carries one to four random augments (60/25/14/1) and is therefore bound to your account; eight gear-less chests in a row force gear on the ninth; every chest also has a slight chance — one in ten — of handing over a single upgrade stone (a Pluton, a Beitetsu or a Riftborn Boulder), a bonus on top of the table that never touches the Mercy meter; Legend monsters lock per account for two hours after a kill, and a Legend lockout button in the window says how long is left on each; and a four-augment drop is announced to the whole server. Every victory also pays a trophy for that monster to each account that stood in the arena at the kill — one per account, however many of its characters were there, and never twice for the same kill — and fifty trophies of one monster buy its +1: an item level 119 version of its signature drop (or, for the few whose signature drop is not gear or is shared with another monster, a piece tied to it instead, such as what that drop is crafted or traded into), which looks exactly like the original in the client and carries four Super Auged augments from the same wider, higher-rolling list DWSpoils uses for its rarest finds. It is named for the original with +1 on the end, or with Nemesis in front where that name is already taken. Trophies start at zero for everyone. The window shows your trophies for every monster and a Buy button that quotes the item and the price first and spends nothing until you confirm; a buy that could not be delivered — too few trophies, full bags, a Rare +1 you already hold — is refused before a trophy moves, and a finished purchase gets its own short line to the whole server. Like every augmented piece, the +1 is bound to your account. When the chest is done a one-minute window opens — the battle timer in the corner counts it down — and Restart this Battle, the button at the top of the window, is pressed by each real player still inside to pay their own fee again; once everyone has, the same monster comes back in the same arena with the clock reset to fifteen minutes: no trip out and back in, so farming fifty trophies costs no loading screens between fights. Without the fee the button says what is missing and the arena closes when the minute runs out; Legend monsters keep their two-hour lockout and close as before. Everything here also works typed as !nemesis or !nem — !nemesis trophies, !nemesis buy, !nemesis confirm and !nemesis restart included — and /port or !home leave from inside.

The Nemesis window on the Field tier: a table of monsters with their level, signature drop and rate, an Enter button on every row, and one drop's item card open.
